Kourtney was amazing!!! She absolutely knows her products! Was so patient, and called right away to set up delivery! The day after!! The delivery guys were fabulous!!! So patient and so respectful!! Im purchasing several more appliances with a remodel and they will only be purchased through Direct Appliance!!!

We have purchased all our kitchen appliances and washer and dryer from Direct Appliance. They have always been very professional and explained differences in each brand we were interested in. Never pushy or trying to sell the highest priced model. When our washer gave out, the service member went over some procedures to try to get it to work again, which unfortunately it didn’t. After talking about service call charge and what was most likely wrong, we decided to get a new washer. We did all the ordering over the phone after comparing brands and prices, and it was delivered the next day. Great customer service and excellent delivery process.

The service department at this business is excellent! More specifically, Anthony in the service department was beyond helpful. He chose to take my call at the end of a busy workday and help me work through the possible concerns that I had for my oven/hood. He spoke to me with respect, which is sometimes hard to find when you are a woman trying to call and get service help. He treated me respectfully and in a very intelligent and understandable manner. He spent a good amount of time workshopping my problem. In the end, he not only had a resolution to my concern, but I had a great respect for his patience and attention to detail. If you think you need service, this is the place to call! I’m so glad that I have purchased two of my major appliances through them.
